World Tourism Industry has met at Travel Turkey Izmir Fair
Travel Turkey Izmir Fair, held between 8th and 11th December 2011, is successfully completed. The fair with the participation of 638 companies is visited by 20 thousand 568 tourism professionals and end users from 33 countries and 51 cities. With the increase in the visitor quantity and the new business connections, Travel Turkey Izmir blissed the sector out.
Izmir has hosted again another big organization which will contribute to the development of the national economy and will bring new destinations to the tourism sector.
Totally 638 exhibitors, 78 of which are international, has participated from 19 countries and more than 50 cities to Travel Turkey Izmir 2011 Tourism Fair and Conference. The exhibition hosted Holland as the partner country, Greece as the honor guest country and Kutahya as the partner city. The exhibition and the conference hosted visitors from 33 countries; USA, Germany, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Armenia, Morocco, France, South Korea, Georgia, Croatia, India, Iraq, England, Israel, Sweden, Italy, Japan, Canada, Montenegro, TRNC, Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Ukraine, Jordan, Venezuela and Greece.

WIN 2011 Part 1

WIN 2011 Part 2
2nd Part of WIN - World of Industry was held between 17 20 March 2011 in TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul with the support of 74 sectoral associations and organizations. At the fair, a range of products and services related to automation, electrotech and hydraulic & pneumatic were introduced to the industry professionals.
This year's show proved once again that WIN Fairs are still an ideal platform to introduce new products and ideas to the industry professionals especially to Turkish and Eurasian markets. The satisfaction of exhibitors and trade visitors was at high level. The fair hosted direct exhibitors from 18 countries and 73.043 visitors from 65 countries around the world. They were in a good mood as a result of welcoming high qualified visitors at their booths not only from Turkey, from neighboring countries as well. International exhibitors of the show came from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, India, Italy, South Korea, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, South Africa, Taiwan and Turkey.
The official representative Ms. Ann-Catrin Rehermann from VDMA Power Transmission Engineering and Fluid Power Associations stated on behalf of German exhibitors: "Turkey is the most important market for the German industry in the Eurasian market. Over the years, business relationship between Turkish and German companies improved, and we know about a lot of fruitful co-operations. Within only one year the exports from German products of power transmission engineering and fluid power to Turkey are again on the same level as before the worldwide economic crisis. For us, WIN World of Industry is the most important trade fair in the Eurasian region for creating good business and long-lasting relationships and we're very pleased to come back next year."

WIN 2011 Part 1
1st Part of WIN - World of Industry was held between 3 6 February 2011 in TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul with the support of 74 sectoral associations and organizations. At the fair, thousands of products and services related to machinery, metal working, welding, surface treatment and materials handling were introduced to the industry professionals.
This year's show hosted 170 Indian exhibitors in scope of "Partner Country India Project". As a result of fruitful cooperation with the largest export promotion council in India EEPC India, efficient business deals have been realized between Turkey, India and the other countries exhibiting at the fair. Chairman of EEPC India Mr. Aman Chadha stated: "We are happy to be here at WIN World of Industry Part 1. We welcomed a lot of visitors and exhibitors at our pavilion not only from Turkey, from different countries such as Bulgaria, Iran and Syria as well. This influenced and pleasantly surprised our Indian companies, because they were expecting mainly visitors from Turkish market. The exhibitors got good responses from Turkish and foreign visitors. In aspect of business deals, some joint venture and business agreements happened". Indian State Minister of Commerce and Industry Mr. Jyotiraditya M. Scindia attended the opening ceremony of the show as well.

Travel Turkey Izmir 2010
Izmir successfully hosted the Travel Turkey Izmir, which is one of the most important exhibitions of tourism industry.
Tourism professionals from 29 countries came to Travel Turkey Izmir 2010, where the cities of Ordu and Osmaniye in Turkey and Zagreb in Croatia were featured as the partner cities.
A total of 15,963 people visited the fair during four days. Exhibition attracted international visitors from Germany, the United States of America, Austria, Azerbaijan, United Arab Emirates, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Palestine, France, Croatia, Netherlands, England, Iran, Spain, Italy, Canada, Montenegro, Kazakhstan, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Kosovo, Lebanon, Mexico, Egypt, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, Syria, Oman, Jordan and Greece.
