HANNOVER MESSEs South America focuses primarily on planning, organizing and running international events owned by Deutsche Messe AG. The aim of HFS in São Paulo is to support international firms appearing in Brazilian trade fairs and introduce and organize projects designed to promote trade with Brazil and Latin America.
Working closely with potential national partners, HANNOVER MESSEs South America is particularly concerned with improving the standard of existing trade fairs, increasing the amount of display space sold and making the events more international in character. New trade fair concepts aimed at specific target groups are also developed by HFS.

Organizing and supporting national and international firms appearing at trade fairs and exhibitions in Brazil and Latin America
Planning and organizing seminars, conferences and business meetings in Brazil and Latin America
Setting up and decorating trade fair stands, lecture rooms and reception areas, arranging hired equipment for trade fairs and exhibitions Organizing and coordinating catering for events, feature presentations and special projects
Advisory services for corporate delegations seeking to make appointments and new contacts abroad
Negotiating with airlines and travel agents to offer special travel and accommodation discounts to trade fairs visitors
Media relations, setting up appointments for interviews, designing information material and organizing press conferences
World Tourism Industry has met at Travel Turkey Izmir Fair
Travel Turkey Izmir Fair, held between 8th and 11th December 2011, is successfully completed. The fair with the participation of 638 companies is visited by 20 thousand 568 tourism professionals and end users from 33 countries and 51 cities. With the increase in the visitor quantity and the new business connections, Travel Turkey Izmir blissed the sector out.
Number one manufacturing platform of the Eurasian Region, WIN-World of Industry, continues to be the meeting point of the manufacturing industry in 2012 too, after the succesful results obtained in 2011. The fairs aiming to promote the manufacturing industry of Turkey, Eurasia and Middle East to the global platform, is being supported by both national and international, over 80 sectoral unions and associations.
